HOW TO DEPOT EYESHADOWS - Depotted Lancome Color Design 12 Eyeshadow Palette +SWATCHES!

Recently, I got a really good deal on some display Lancome eyeshadows (each shadow retails for $18.00). So I depotted them and VIOLA, I am in palette heaven! The pans we slightly bigger than the slots so a few got nicked in the process. I got the empty palette from Coastal Scents. All are Lancome shadows except for the bottom left corner, that one is Aveda pressed powder in Carob. The Lancome shadows I got are Drape, Drama, Pose, Best Dressed, Page 6, Makeover, Fashion Show, Montage, Spontaneous, Model and Strut. Pics, chart and swatches below:

Top row: Drape, Drama, Pose and Best Dressed
Second row: Page 6, Makeover, Fashion Show and Montage
Third Row: Aveda Carob, Spontaneous, Model and Strut

SWATCHES:

How To Depot Lancome Eyeshadows!
You will need:
1 candle
1 tweezers
lighter or matches
knife or something that can poke through the plastic
rubbing alcohol
1 Lancome, MAC or some other panned eyeshadow

Step 1: Light your candle
Step 2: Remove any stickers from the bottom of the eyeshadow to prevent burning and fire.
Step 3: Use your tweezers to hold the bottom of the shadow over the flame. You want to make the plastic soft, not melt it to the point where there is fumes or fire.
Step 4: When plastic is softened (about 30-40 seconds) tilt your shadow on a hard surface and use your knife to push through the softened plastic and pop the pan of eyeshadow out.
Step 5: Wait until pan cools and use the rubbing alcohol on paper towel to remove glue.
Optional: Use sticky rounds to relabel the pan so you know the brand and/or color.
