LINDSAY LOHAN ARRESTED AGAIN! WILL SHE BE HEADING BACK TO THE SLAMMER?

My favorite train wreck was arrested again at about 4am this morning. Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Manhattan for allegedly punching a woman in the face at a nightclub. After the physical altercation Ms. Lohan then tried to flee the scene in a big black SUV. The police intercepted the car Lindsay was in was promptly arrested her. Hand behind her back, cuffed and what seemed to be a mini parading of her before she was put in the back of a police car. You can hear her repeatedly say "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?". Did she really think she was being Punk'd? Anywho, she was charged with 3rd degree misdemeanor assault. Clearly, a violation of her probation. She has since been released but will face a court date in the very near future.

For a while now we have wonder what will become of Lindsay. Most recently she had lied to the police about being the driver of a car that was in an accident. We all thought she was going to jail then. Now I do think she will face jail time. Not just a 30 stint either. I believe they will make an example of Lindsay, serving a few months to a year behind bars. Which ironically would be great for her career. When she gets out she will have a fresh start. The public will forgive her for serving her time. Also, the first interview after being released would generating offers upwards of 1 million dollars. So she would get her career back, a little cash, 3 squares meals a day and some "me" time. Win/win if you ask me.
