Today the world lost a Queen. Drag Queen Sahara Davenport (Antoine Ashley), best known for appearing on season 2 of Ru Paul's Drag Race, passed away yesterday. Davenport was 27 years of age. No cause of death had been released at this point. Davenport was dating Manila Luzon (Karl Westerberg), who appeared on the 3rd season of Ru Paul's Drag Race. Davenport was quite the accomplished artist. In music, acting and dance.
Today we celebrate Sahara Davenports homecoming. Thank you for the laughs, you will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends of Sahara during this difficult time. God bless.

Heartbreaking to hear this news. She was one of the most memorable contestants of Drag Race with her striking face, eyes, and beautiful smile. She seemed like such a nice and gracious person too. What an awful loss for all of us that we will never see what else she could do; her talent was limitless.
